Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of the SnipeGod browser extension (the "Service"). By installing the extension or purchasing a licence you accept these terms.
1. The Service
SnipeGod is a browser extension that automates searching and buying on the EA SPORTS FC 27 Web App transfer market according to rules you set. The Service is not affiliated with or endorsed by EA SPORTS or Electronic Arts.
2. Acceptance of risk
Third-party automation tools may violate the game's terms of service and may lead to restrictions on or termination of your game account. You knowingly accept this risk. SnipeGod cannot be held responsible for any consequence to your game account.
3. Account
A licence belongs to one user. Sharing, reselling or renting your account is prohibited; if detected, the licence may be terminated.
4. Purchase
The licence is bought with a single one-time payment; there is no subscription and no automatic renewal. The licence is valid for as long as the Service is offered and covers the updates released in that time. Payments and invoices are processed by our payment provider; the provider's own terms also apply.
5. Refunds
Purchases are made through a third-party sales platform, which collects the payment. Refund requests are subject to the refund policy of the platform where the purchase was made and are submitted through that platform; the refund decision and processing are handled by the platform. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
6. Acceptable use
- You may use the Service only with your own game accounts.
- You may not attempt to bypass the extension's licence verification, reverse engineer it or distribute its code.
- You may not use the Service to harm others or for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee profit, the purchase of any particular card, uninterrupted operation or immediate adaptation to changes on the game side. When the game interface changes the Service may temporarily stop working; we make reasonable efforts to release an update in a timely manner.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SnipeGod's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages or for losses of in-game currency or items.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced inside the extension or by email; continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
