Privacy Policy
Short version
The extension does not access your game account credentials, does not read your EA session and does not send your game data to any server. Our server keeps only the minimum needed to recognise your account and licence.
1. Data we collect
- Account: your email address and encrypted credentials (for sign-in).
- Purchase: purchase date and payment status. Payment details (card number etc.) never reach us; they are processed by our payment provider.
- Device: a randomly generated device id and last-seen time, to recognise the licence.
- Support messages: what you send us.
2. Data we do not collect
- Your EA account details, session cookies or in-game passwords.
- The content of your transfer market activity (which card you bought for how much). That stays only in your browser, in the extension's local log.
- Your browsing history or activity on other sites.
3. Data stored in your browser
The extension keeps your settings, target list, Radar price table and recent logs in your browser's local storage. This data never leaves your device and is removed when you uninstall the extension.
4. Third-party services
- Payment provider (payments and invoices): the provider's privacy policy applies at checkout.
- Identity and licence server: account and licence data are stored in a database hosted in the European Union.
- Market data: card images and prices are read from a public market service directly by your browser; those requests contain no account information.
5. Retention
Account data is kept until you delete your account; purchase and invoice records are kept for up to 10 years where legally required. Device records are deleted after 90 days of inactivity.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete and port your data. To delete your account and associated data, write to the support address; requests are completed within 30 days.
7. Cookies
The website uses local storage only to remember your language; it uses no tracking or advertising cookies.
8. Changes
Material changes to this policy are announced inside the extension or by email.
